SCRAPBOOK SATURDAY!!!

Good Saturday morning all!! Today is scrapbook Saturday and I decided I needed to make an all Stampin' Up! page - not hard to do because I LOVE everything they have - LOL! So, I decided to reach for my favorite dp and stamps, and got to work! Yes, that IS Tart and Tangy I am using, along with Summer Picnic DSP- they made it into the new catty, whoohoooo!!!! I am so excited, since I LOVE these!!!! And, yes, I know that my journaling strips are crooked, believe it or not, I did it on purpose - no, really, I did!!!! I have been wanting to scrap these pics of my daughter and her best friend (and little sister) when we lived in Florida - the unfortunate thing about being military is that we move around so much - they now live in Michigan and we are in California!! We hope to see them again soon though! Anyway, the girls decided to set up a lemonade stand using our lemons and managed to get every driver who went by to stop and buy some lemonade - some of them paying waaaaayyyy too much for that tart little cup!! But, they are all cutie pies so that is why I think so many people stopped. Well, the two older brothers saw how much the girls were making and volunteered to make the lemonade when it started to get low in return for a cut of the profits - LOL! The girls agreed, everything went fabulous, and when they were all done, Tony took them to Dairy Queen to buy ice cream with the money that they made! This is one of my favorite memories of that summer - they had fun, made their own money, and got to reap the benefits!! So, I will leave you all with the recipe as I have a couple of workshops to get ready for and I have NO idea what I am going to do yet - LOL!!!! One is for 15 ladies who want something to do with scrapbooking and one is for ten women who want to work on holiday cards. So, I best get to work!! Have a wonderful weekend!
