PROGRESS ON THE HOUSE

Hi all! I am soooo excited to be able to share some great pics of the progress we have made with the new house. I know a lot of you emailed me asking for pic updates so here they are! I am also working on my scraproom and hope to be in there soon creating away and sharing with you all again! I truly miss being able to create because it really relaxes me and makes me happy. Soon though, since Tony and I are going to Home Depot today to get the process of my storage areas taken care of. Whoo Hoo! So, here are some progress pics of the house: Remember this one? Well, now it looks like this! Sorry the pics are a little dark, but it is getting ready to really storm here. But, it is a definite improvement, don't you think?!

Okay, here is the next one: The before and after shots of the kitchen. Oh, how I love my new kitchen! All my drawers are the really deep pull-out drawers and I have so much more storage

than I have ever had! And, my walk-in pantry holds everything I could ever want it to - of course, I immediately filled it all up, especially with the Christmas and all the family we had over - LOL! And, the fireplace and living room before and after: I love this room! It turned out so nicely and the fireplace is awesome! It was exactly what I wanted. I also thought I would toss in a quick pic of my new dining room area which is off the kitchen because I love it! Here it is! So, you guys need to tell me what you think of
all the headway we have made so far. It has been a lot of work, but I am really starting to enjoy having the new house, especially since we are starting to put our personal stamp on it. Of course, we have a LOOONNNNGGGG way to go before it gets finished but every day it gets better. I will be sharing pics of the progress of my scraproom over the next few days as I start to put that together. I am excited - that will be one room that will be truly fun to put together! HAPPY NEW YEAR - I NOW HAVE INTERNET AT HOME!!!!!

Hi everyone - I hope you are having a very fabulous start to your New Year! I know I am - I hooked up wireless internet in my new home today and it works like a champ!!! You know what that means???? I can blog again - whoo hooo!!!! I cannot wait to go and see what everyone has been up to! But first, a quick update on my blog candy. I have not yet heard from Jodene so if I do not hear from her by Friday, I will be selecting another winner. Jodene, please email me with your snail mail address if you want the blog candy!
