Hi all!!! WHOOHOO!!! It's time for Scrap and Stamp Saturday!!! We had some wonderful entries last week and I was thrilled to see some new names - what talent there is out there!! This weeks theme is to create a layout about any holiday EXCEPT Christmas....yep, we are saving THAT holiday for later *wink* And, make sure you include at least one stamped image on your layout to be included in the drawing at the end of the week for some fabulous blog candy. How do I know it's fabulous???? Well, because I put it together - LOL! That's right, our sponsor for this week has actually moved to another week and so I am sponsoring. Want to see what's up for grabs? Well, get on over to Scrap and Stamp Saturday and check it out - it's a fun goodie package that I think you will ALL like *wink* I think the design team had Halloween on their minds since a lot of us(including me) did that holiday. It is such a fun holiday to scrap and I had new stamps so I just had to play. I did a double layout about Halloween that is from a few years back and let me tell you, it is one of my favorite ones that I look back on because we had such a good time with all the kids and parents getting together and walking all over the community together. And, the kids were great and all looked great with their costumes on!!! Such a great night and wonderful memory - isn't that what scrappin' is all about?? So, make sure you head on over to the SSS site to check out the fabulous creations the Design Team did this week - they are amazingly talented ladies and I just love working with them every week!! Make sure you make time for the challenge this week - there is some wonderful candy up for grabs and it's a wonderful way to get your scrap on!!! Come on, let's see what you've got!!!

DRESS CARD FOR BABY
Hi all!! This will be a quick post but I wanted to share my dress card I made using the template cards at Paper Popsicles. I love these templates...this is the first one I have made and I am hooked!! I made this one for a friend who is having a baby soon - I did not put anything on the front so that if she wants, she can add it to a scrapbook layout! I had such fun making this!! The two designer paper sets I used were Pink Flamingo and Tea Party which I love because of all the fun designs they have. And, since I am using this for the Cuttlebug Challenge this week, I embossed the bottom of the skirt with my new Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder as well as on the sleeves. I love that SU! came out with these really pretty embossing folders (I don't have a cuttlebug so I had to use my sizzix) and I was excited with how well they show up after I added some chalk! I have not used my chalks in awhile so it was nice to break them out again - they really do add a lot to a project!! Now, I have to scoot, so have a wonderful day and I will be back tomorrow with the promised Halloween projects! Toodles!

I got this one free last week so decided I just had to play with it!! And, it goes soooo well with this American Craft paper too, heehee!!! Hi All!!! Well, I just want you to know that I had an absolutely FABULOUS weekend with my dh in San Francisco and loved EVERY minute of seeing Wicked!!! It was an amazing show and I already want to go and see it again and take my daughter, who I know would just love it. I really needed the break and the time with Tony, it was absolutely worth every moment to have that time with him. I came back feeling refreshed and not so overwhelmed with everything going on AND even had some time to stamp and scrapbook *wink* So, today I am sharing with you a card I made using a new digi image from Paper Popsicles - they have the cutest digi stamps and I have become addicted to them!! Go over and check them out, they are amazing, and Melissa sends them straight to your email almost immediately so you can start playing right away. This one is called Rainy Day Elizabeth- isn't she a cutie? I paired her with the new American Crafts paper - I just love those galoshes, they are adorable!!!! I had fun coloring little Elizabeth, and I am pleased with how this one turned out!!!
