ISN'T SHE CUTE??!! SCRAPBOOK SATURDAY!

Good morning all!! Well, here it is again, scrapbook Saturday - whoohoo!! I wanted to share a page with you that I did for the Coconut August kit - the paper is fabulous!!! I had such a good time putting this one together!! The paper line is called Rose Moka, and, although I had never heard of it, I think it is really cool!! The colors are really bright and summery, which works perfectly for me - especially since I don't have my Stampin' Up! order yet with all my new DP!!!!! Jen and DT member Pamela put this kit together and did a fabulous job - there were so many fun goodies in there!! Check it out for yourself!! You will NOT be disappointed! These pictures are of my youngest, when we were on our houseboat vacation this past July. She is such a water baby, she can swim and play in the water for hours on end! Of course she crashes pretty hard at the end of the day - LOL! The lace paper that you see in the bottom left corner is actually brown, but that did not work for me, so I flipped it to the back side (which is white) and painted it to match my layout - doesn't it look like water?? I love it! And, the leaves along the edge is actually ribbon from my stash! The flowers are inked and stamped (I have to stamp!) and the photo corners on the pictures are done using my photo corners punch! This was really fun to put together, and hey, I got a big WOW! from husband and son so I guess I can keep it - LOL!! So, I hope you all enjoy your weekend!!
