Here it is, Thursday again and that means another fabulous sketch from Tamara! I liked this one ALOT because is was a long card (9x4.5)and I have not done one of these in what seems like ages!! So, I decided to go with a Christmas theme because it gave me an excuse to use my fabulous new Christmas stamps called Deer Friends - isn't he just too adorable!! This set will be seeing a lot of ink, I can already tell! The little sayings on these stamps are really really cute and I love all the sweet little images!! This reindeer is one of my favorites, followed very closely by the Santa - I love anything Santa and he is darling!! But, I digress...back to the card! I also used some of my new buttons from the preview catalog and I am glad I bought so many because I already am hooked!! They are really cute, and I added some hemp twine to the center of the buttons which really makes them pop! I also used my fabulous new scallop edge punch, I love that thing!! Cute! I have noticed that sweet little deer on several Stampin Up sites. I love him and need him. LOL! If not mistaken one site said he is a Level 2 Hostess in new catalog. Cute and Free = Cool!

Love your card, and plan to make one later today with the same sketch. I am enjoying reading about the convention. Haven't blogged or created too much due to nearby fire, but now the flames are not so close. There is a new store or mall of handmade crafts so off I go to check it out.
