CHALKED EMBOSSING AND OFF TO REGIONALS!!

Hi all!!! WHOOOHOO!! Today is the day I leave for Regionals in Reno - I am sooo excited!! I am driving down with some fellow demo friends to hang out in Reno tonight and stamp all day tomorrow - doesn't get much better than that!!! I am really looking forward to it, I have not been able to attend many SU! events this past year because I was working but now, well, I am stamping so I get to go, LOL!!!  But, I wanted to share another club card with you before I left - this is the third of three cards that are going in a little purse box that we are going to make as well!!! I will share that when I get back.  I used the embossing folder called Elegant Bouquet because I love the soft look of those flowers and they fit perfectly with my technique this month which is chalking.  I chalked all the flowers in three shades of purples and then used some greenon the vines. To add a little bling, the centers of each flower is Dazzling Diamonds.  The stamp set used on this card is called Bird on a Branch and I love it, such a versatile set!! It can be FREE this month under the SAB choices but only until the end of the month, so if you want it, you better hurry!! I used the scalloped circle punch to make my flower and added some ribbon and voila! done!! Pretty simple card to make but it looks so soft and pretty with the chalks!! I love chalking and I have not been using them as much lately - need to remember to get them out more often!!! Now, off to finish packing, make sure I have my swaps (I did VERY few, I ran out of time!) and I am outta here!! I am sure I will have plenty to share when I get back! Thanks for stopping by, I love to read your comments, they always make me smile!!
