GRADUATION DAY

Hi all!! Today I wanted to share a graduation card I made for the college graduation I attended over the weekend. It was soooo fabulous to be able to see Kirsten walk across the stage and get her diploma!! She worked so hard and now she has her accounting degree and is ready to begin her next journey!! I love this girl like she is my own....and I totally enjoy spending time with her! I think the only sad part of this weekend is that Glenn could not be here to share this occasion since he is currently deployed to Iraq. But, we are going to make him an album and send it to him so he can see everything as if he WAS here! I used the colors of Chico State for this card and she really loved it which made me happy! Now, I am off to go shopping so I will leave you with the recipe! I hope you all have a fabulous day and thanks so much for stopping by - you are all so wonderful!!
Card Recipe:
Paper - Bravo Burgundy, Going Gray, Basic Gray, Whisper White card stock, Gray Patterns Designer Series Paper
Inks - Bravo Burgundy
Stamps - Great Grads
Accessories - Eyelet Border Punch, Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/4 inch Circle Punch, 1 3/8 Circle Punch, Photo Corners Punch, Bravo Burgundy Buttons, Bravo Burgundy narrow grosgrain ribbon

Ahhh...Tell her I say congrats! I'm sure your son love the scrapbook you send him of the occasion! It's so sad how much they miss while away! Tell him Thanks for his service! {SMILES}

Congrats to the grad. And accounting too. I love accounting and sorry I didn't pursue it. Wound up in law instead - and never became a lawyer either.

This card is stunning - as all your cards are. I love the layout and those colors are super! Great job!

This is a great card, kiddo !! Don't you love it when those special children come into your life that aren't biologically yours but truly are yours :) That's the great thing about love....it's not confined to just our family :)

Miss ya...
