WHIMSY MONDAY CHALLENGE - MONOCHROMATIC CARDS

Happy Monday all!!! Well, I did not mean to take a blogging break but this weekend was crazy busy between teaching classes and family obligations - I did not really have the time or energy to stamp and post on my blog, lol!!!! But, today is Whimsy challenge day and I DO have a card to share!! Denise challenged us to come up with a monochromatic card, allowing for one neutral with whatever color we chose!!! Well, I am just love this carriage, it totally reminds me of Cinderella, lol! I went for pink because isn't that what every princess wants?? I also used a lot of bling on my scallops and the carriage is covered in Iridescent Ice (click on the pic for a better view). The quote is one I typed up myself, but goes perfectly with the carriage, at least to me, lol! I enjoyed making this card, it was really fun! I hope you will all get out your Whimsy stamps this week and play along - there are some fabulous prizes given away at the end of each challenge!! So, hop on over to the Whimsy Challenges site, and check out what the DT gals did for this challenge, they are sure to blow your mind with their talent!! And, upload a link to the site with your take so we can all come check it out!! Don't have any Whimsy stamps? Not to worry, just head on over to the Whimsy store and see what cuteness is there - you won't be able to resist, I couldn't!!!! And, stay tuned for some VERY EXCITING NEWS from me on Friday, I can't wait to share it with you all.....heehee....all I know is it is making me smile and feel giddy with excitement!!! Can't wait to share!!! Have a great day and thanks for stopping by today!
