NOT MY FAVORITE....

but hey, here it is!! I don't know what it was about this one, but I just could not get it right no matter what I did. So, I quit playing with it and decided that they can't all be great. I think it must be because of the 64, yes 64 shots I got yesterday- yikes!!! I was tested for a ton of different allergies and each one requires the prick of a needle so my arms look like pin cushions, not to mention they are all angry and red because of the allergens I was injected with! I also had my sinuses X-rayed AGAIN to see what else needs to be done so that I can live without having a sinus infection every other week....gosh, 41 and already falling apart, LOL! Anyway, on to the card - I used my Zoofari set for this one because I have only used it once and thought it was time to break it out again. I do like this set, but it is hard to find stuff to do with it! So, I decided on an any occasion card because we can all use those, right??!! I also used my slit punch to create the scalloped border. I will leave the recipe below - everything I used is SU! though, no rubbadultery today - LOL!! Enjoy your weekend, I am having a bunch of family over tonight for a barbecue so I best get myself to the kitchen and start getting stuff ready. The weather is beautiful here today - high 70s and not a cloud in the sky, I love it!!
Card Recipe:
Paper - More Mustard card stock, Night of Navy card stock, Whisper White card stock, Jersey Shore Designer Series paper
Stamp Sets - Zoofari, Lots of Thoughts
Inks - Black Stazon, Stampin' Write markers, Night of Navy classic stampin' pad
Accessories - Ticket Corner Punch, 1 3/8 and 1 1/4 Square punches, Slit Punch, Night of Navy brads, Mat Stack and paper piercer, Pumpkin Pie grosgrain ribbon, sponge

awesome card! are you someone who does not like yellow, sometimes if you use a color that is not your type color you will have problems with a piece! it has a lot of mustardy yellow! ( nOT TO MUCH, but if you don't care for the color it might be why you had a hard time! PERSONALLY I love the color!)
Thanks for coming to my blog birthday party! GOOD LUCK! keep coming back for lots of chances to win!

64 shots? Good Lord - you would have had to pick me up off of the floor as soon as they brought out the first one!!

Thanks for the reminder to use that particular Sale-a-Bration set. I plan to use it for a 5 for $5 class this next week!

Many Blessings,
M.

Cute card,Alex! I almost bought this set but wasn't sure how to use it. So, did you feel like a pin cushin? I've gone through that myself and it's no fun. 70's, I don't think Chicago will ever get to that point. We're still in the 40's and no end in sight!!

I really like the card, actually I love it! I made it to San Diego a few days ago. The cable guy just left, so now I have internet. I have terrible allergies too, I hope they figure out what you are allergic to. I am allergic to a lot of things including our dog. Its very sad, but I refuse to get rid of her.
