DRUM ROLL PLEASE....TA DA!!!!

I stamped, I really really stamped!!! Can you believe it! And, I am ashamed to say....it was hard!! I had no mojo, I could not think of what to do, and I got all flustered and made lots of mistakes BUT I did it! I never realized that you can actually get out of practice. I am happy though that I took some time to do this tonight. Of course, my stamp room is not together yet, so I was back on the kitchen table but it was worth it to me. Tony promises me that all the carpentry will be done by the time I get back from Leadership this weekend - yippee!! Anyway, here it is! I altered a notebook that I had found in the dollar bin at Michael's (dontcha just love that place???!!!). I wanted something to take with me to Palm Springs this weekend to take all my notes and fill with ideas. So, I decided a notebook was just the ticket! I used the Delight in Life stamp set because I wanted to remind myself how important that is - enjoy the moment! Now, each time I take it out, voila! instant reminder!! Life for me has been really really difficult lately and my resolution is to take deep breaths, take it one day at a time, and find some time to enjoy things around me - and that means getting back to stamping! So, enough of my rambling - here are the deets!! Hope you like this!! All supplies are Stampin Up!

Alex, your notebook turned out cute! I know what you mean about losing your mojo after not stamping for awhile. It will come back. It's like a muscle you have to use often.
Have a great time at Leadership! I wish I could be there to meet you!

Super cute. I live in CA too. We got hit hard from the storm as well. We were lucky that we didn't loose power. I feel for you.

What a lovely journal. Yes, it doesn't take much to lose mojo. It kills me to go away on vacation because I love to stamp, but the funny thing is when I get back home it's like pulling teeth to get me back into action again.

Good girl for stamping again:) You did a fantastic job on the notebook too !! I think a lot of us bloggers lost our mojo over the holidays...I think it's God's way of saying..slow down girlies and enjoy this incredible season.
It's nice to get back into the swing of things and you're off to a wonderful start !!!

Have a good one.
