Hey everyone!!! I am soooo very excited because today was registration for CONVENTION - WHOOHOO!!! I got up at 4am, sat down, and got myself all registered and on Track 1! Anyone else going, I would love to know!!! Can I say it again - WHOOHOO!! It will be so much fun! I went to Leadership in February and it was a total blast so I am really looking forward to Convention - it IS the 20th anniversary of Stampin' Up! so you KNOW it is going to be FABULOUS!!!! Okay, so now on to the real reason you stopped by - LOL! These are ATCs I made for a recent swap I am in, and so I decided Tart and Tangy was the way to go! I just love this set! And, I used One Smart Cookie for the sentiment, these two sets were MEANT to be together! Didn't they come out cute?? Okay, I know I am not supposed to say that, but I really am pleased with how they turned out! And yes, I stitched every single one of them - lol! Here is the recipe!Card recipe -
Paper - Tempting Turquoise card stock, Old Olive card stock, Naturals White card stock, Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper
Stamp Sets - Tart and Tangy, One Smart Cookie
Inks - Real Red Classic Stampin' pad, Real Red and Old Olive Stampin' Write markers
Accessories - Large and Small Oval punches, Ticket Corner Punch, Real Red narrow grosgrain ribbon, Circle Scallop punch, 1 3/8 and 1 1/4 Circle punches, mat stack and paper piercer, stampin' dimensionals

ReplyDeletesorry about the delete, missed a few words and it didn't make sense, lol. I love these. They turned out great. I love how you backed the cherries in a scallop mat. Very cute. I also like the dots around the oval mat, great touch.
ReplyDeleteYes, they ARE adorable!!! I had the pleasure of making something with this set at a little make and take and we made the cherries to be "scratch and sniff". That sets is fantastic.

ReplyDeleteoh I love these Alex.....I so wanted to go to Convention this year but my trip to Florida and my upcoming trip to the States with my mom, sister, daughter and niece just didn't leave any travel funds left!! I am so excited for you! It would have been great to meet you in person.....ooohhhh, maybe next year!
